    Hi TMRers - HC definately has the characteristics to drive this company - if you double refer to his time at RIV - took over in June 04 with the shell of a mining company and took it from a float at .50 to nearly $2 in 06. If I was an IBR holder, I wouldn't wait around thinking about converting - trying to trade an unlisted stock is not easy or pleasant!??!?!?!? ;-)
