If I were a holder I'd be asking at the next AGM for an undertaking that anyone who got converts voluntarily puts any shares in escrow for November.
I'm starting to think the best think for this company is to go private and comeback inlay ear or 2 raising $20m and recapitalizing at $50-80m. Either that or a merger into another biotech with converts paid out is the only way I can see smaller no convert holders avoiding being legged over by the inner circle.
