Seriously, if this lists at all, I will eat my hat. The ASX would want to have him distanced right away from this IMO before it can list, and how is that going to happen? He would have to relinquish almost anything to do with the company, and lose control if it. Even then, they would watch every movement he makes like a hawk.
I could be wrong, but I have a chocolate hat on standby........
