    Scooks Modus Operandi is to issue seed capital at a small discount to proposed listing price and ramp up the share price then dump leaving all of the investors in the lurch (except his few dubiuos mates.)

    I know because I was in your position in 2006 AND AM STILL HOLDING PDY,YRR AND AGU with their lossess.
