You are so right...Too many people are employed by the coal industry..From my understanding the UCG technology would have a considerable impact on employment, and I dont think either government would want that.


I hold CXY and want them to suceed but I think their best option is to produce feed gas in the first instance.

Once the process is up and running then other things may fal into line but I think gas for electricity production is going to be a fair way off.

Governments may talk clean energy but at the end of the day it will come down to money and jobs.
