Zara, I find this leading assertion within your request objectionable as it contains implicit assumptions of the definition of what is called in the trading back streets as "ramping". I contend that the assumption of having to be "convinced" implies persuasion which leads to impropriety due to the assumption being based on facts rather than evidence.

I refuse to cross examine AndyJ as he utlimately has proven to be a hostile witness where he has proven time in memoriam to be explicitly unwilling or reluctant to testify without illegality.
