I think the history between Michael & Len means Michael’s company will be offering Len’s company better terms than he could and would ask of an arm’s length company. But exclusivity – you’re having a laugh. That would seriously hamper Ergo’s flexibility to possibly do lucrative deals with majors going forwards. It will not be on the table.
And, like Ptolemy says and BP does, the fish that’s proved it can swim is Ergo. Not Cougar.
And 2.1GW at Majuba is more significant proof of swimming ability than 40MW at Kingaroy!
