So the FAS share price means FAS is about $20 - $25 million or about 30 - 35% overpriced according to my calculations .. compared to GWR.
So FAS should be trading at 15 cents .. but as FAS will also carry some debt ... probably $20 mill plus if the takeover succeeds even on the scrip offer .. with no cash - you need to factor that in too.
So if anything the FAs price should be trading at closer to 10 - 12 cents in my opinion.
Plus remember there will be a Capital raising soon.
