I did the same earlier today at .225, word is the MD is in the UK at present negotiating a new division/split which puts GRN diamonds as seperate to GRN minerals.

Remember the statement in the Q3 report:

"Excellent drilling results were recorded at Ellendale in the Diamond Mines Australia - Kimberley Diamonds JV. In early February, these results were reflected in the significant appreciation of the KDC share price but were largely ignored in Gravity Capital's. The Board of Gravity Capital has therefore resolved to investigate methods that will ensure that further success in its diamond exploration will be reflected in the value of the Company."

The details and intricacies of the proposal are obviously not known at this point.
