If members are welcomed on the way in, they should be thanked for service on the way out, I would think. It seemed like she performed the same type of service in her previous companies, and she was employed by a few companies for short stints. Still, it would be nice to know exactly what her position accomplished. (especially in a "down time" event wise with no other announcements)
