On the recruitment/corporate governance issue... tough balance. It must be a real adjustment having your family farm and livelihood suddenly under intense scrutiny and subject to the ASX disclosure regime.
Like Woolnorth, the pieces of the puzzle may eventually align, but in the mean time, generations old dairy herds are being 'rationalized'.
Logic tells me that those with the most to lose from failure will try their hardest to ensure success.
