Also I can't see any "prudent" acquisition (s) having any detrimental effect on positive cash flow. Any acquisition should be already a good business, perhaps going through the same growth issues as Corum, where obvious synergies exist as a combined unit. If they can't find that sort of acquisition better off Corum putting their spare cash into a portfolio of blue chip shares and just collecting dividends in addition to its own cash generation.
