He forgot to check that the Ropren registration fax went through. They just checked the log, and found out it was sent face-up, instead of face-down.
I guess they are hurriedly trying to put something together before the market finds out. Not good.
The termination payout will use up most of the remaining cash. Time for another capital raising. It will be at a huge discount with Ropren still up in the air.
