How do you have this info about the 1.70 ? i thought the bookbuild was supposed to happen only tomorrow at 8am ?
The Coogee management must have done at least some kind of research with valuation. Looks like they hired some lousy valuation consultants in the first place!
However, i am a bit puzzled. ABN Amro told me they thought in the specified range it was ok priced and had room for a stag profit.
