Are we all aware of this little problem? I feel as if this was swept under the carpet a year ago., but will probably be part of the issue with the FCA. It is not a good look.

EML Payments will now have to inject that money back into the safeguarding accounts, although some of it may return over the next six years, provided it remains unused"
