ok - watso has 80% (or was it 90%??) rtc basa in the freezer - ok just forget all the stuff about basa being raised in the sewer - it is time that watso did something with the catch (ie 80% rtc)
ok here is the challenge.. the following relates to sous vide cooking, and cooking in a bag - forget the bag stuff, watso is only interested in the cooking temperature and his solar powered fry pan
cooking temperatures
the temperatures are a given with some fish/fluids in the following solar powered
frypan
watso was thinking about what he had available - mmm a jar of rtc "chicken tonight " mmmm what about that jar of rtc sundried tomatoes???...mmm and what about that tin of asparagus spears (would have to have been on special).
watso was sort of thinking about dicing up the cheap basa, tossing in all of the above - add some water and cook in the solar powered fry pan
watso is open for ideas - but wants to get rid of the basa hiding in the freezer - but not wanting to throw the basa into the bin
