    Partially dried a nice piece of rump steak.

    Did it (Alton Brown) style, from "Food network"

    Only aged/dried for 48 hours, with salt as well.

    Cooked on a high heat, got a good 'crust', tender and tasty.

    Basted with clarified butter just before serving.

    Dooley loved it as well.
