I was quite happy to accumulate a decent amount today at 11 cents - not too fussed if it falls slightly further in the short term.
IMO the swing will happen shortly.
On a separate note, the reports from the UK announcing ambitious renewable targets etc can only be a good thing and they will put pressure on the EU members to follow.
