    Timee as I have posted before, the wind turbine industry started on incentives (tax, state subsidies etc).
    AFTER this happend the volume orders came and brought production prices down (In that order)
    The price of BlueGen has to follow that path and I am looking keenly towards incentives as the catalyst for the orders.
