extensive exploration and production interests in the Gulf. After taking into account Gryphon’s net
debt, the total acquisition cost was US$296.9 million. The transaction is immediately earnings and
operating cash flow accretive for Woodside Petroleum Ltd."

CPC is now earning cash flow with gas prices at $12.00,mcf ann likely to go to $15 as considerable oil infrastructure was blow out due to the recent devastation....it will take some time for this damage to be rectified and come back on stream....

CPC just happens to be in the right place at the right time....
