I think you should let it go. It really isnt all that relevant and I highly doubt it is the reason BTA share price has declined. You are giving Cook to much credit.

The fact is BTA management have done a terrible job for an extended period of time. I dont see any reason to have any faith in them. I would even guess that they are in the process of stuffing up the LANI discussions. They should have done a LANI deal during the swine flu pandemic but of course they dropped the ball.

In the absence of leadership from large institutional shareholders I think us small shareholders need to band together and take action to change BTA's management before it is to late. I dont know how to go about doing something like this but perhaps someone else in this forum does.

If anyone knows how we could start taking action to implement some competence into the BTA board and BTA management team can you please get the ball rolling. You have my support and I am sure the support of plenty others. Perhaps you should consider contacting Hunter Hall.
