We know for a fact that drill rigs across WA are fully booked and drilling 24/7. It does not matter how much more money flows into WA, there is no capacity to develop more projects because the thing holding development back is labour and materials. Unless money can just magic people and supplies into existence, you could invest $1trillion more dollary doos and it wouldn't change a thing.

Tell me, where did all the "drill rigs across WA" came from?

Were they produced locally?
Were they built internationally and imported?

Do you genuinely believe you couldn't find, purchase, and import, a few more for less than a trillion dollars?

If you ask really nice you might be able to afford some people and materials too...
