How big a job is the "electical" work which needs to be done? Can they continue to do this aspect of the installation while waiting for the ad-skins to arrive? If they can, would think it is just a matter of sliding in and attaching the Lumapanels, tightening the nuts and bolts and plugging the cables into the back of the panels then turning the computer on and we have a working sign?
Fine weather ahead for the next week, so hopefully a March 1 turn on still likely and steel infrastructure to be completed by end of this coming week.
Just curious, how can you see on top of the building, Dr Pepper? You got a helicopter licence?
