granthamana please correct me if I'm wrong here but did Florida boom because they had a strong dollar ? and on what basis do u think the aud will hold up so strong for the next 3-5 years ?
I always find it interesting that so many folks need to compare ozzie to the USA or Ireland or anyother nation infact . Sure some financial markets move together but did ozzie real estate fall over like USA and other countries ? nope . Do we have the same issues as USA ? nope .
