I exited ICN long ago. Prime Minister Turnbull should know better. Legislating companies into losing propositions will see an exodus of capital.

The East Coast "shortage" has been long foresee based on probably 3 key things Es namely exports, exploration and Expense.

There is no shortage of "Resources". Politically acceptable resources maybe.

There is a shortage of "cheap gas" and that why I put it as a capital E for Expense. The marginal cost of delivered gas gets developed last. Plenty of suppliers ahead of ICN in the queue.
