Manufacturing STILL exists
I for one would support these measures.
The US manufacturing scene has enjoyed a degree of manufacturing revival in part to access to gas cheaper than asian rivals.
It would get our gas out of the ground quicker and might take away the "ball and chain" that is holding us back (Infrastructure)
