    good story

    PEL570 looks to be "location, location, location.

    i will get into this stock, using moving averages.

    as the stock moves up accumulate.

    it should be interesting to see who buys this stock over the next 12 months.

    perhaps a buyer might start accumulating for a possible t/over bid.
