Everything about Sole/Orbost is quite opaque. Bad for shareholders.
In saying that, the only conclusion I can draw from COE getting involved in Orbost is that they do not have any other choice. Its not like there is excess capital to play with. My guess is that once May 22 comes around, then COE will be in a bad place. APA may be too but that's hardly a consolation for COE shareholders.
One thing I am pretty confident of after all this is that Maxwell is not worth the money we have paid him.
