The minimum subscription requirement for the Public Offer is
$4,500,000 representing the subscription of 22,500,000 Shares,
at an issue price of $0.20 per Share (Minimum Subscription).
Oversubscriptions of up to a further 1,500,000 Shares at an issue
price of $0.20 per Share to raise up to a further $300,000 may be
accepted (Maximum Subscription).
