Your right about the staff.
The bidders statement emphasises they will try to retain all staff. Only the directors would go.
Am very concerned now EL has mentioned has ever considered shareholders returns via dividends or a buyback. I can't see how his stance would be any different on a buyback then a dividend other then to increase chances of the takeover. He keeps talking about "growth" options blah blah.
When you have talked to him, has he ever indicated he would consider a buyback at these prices?
He pretty much needs to to get more interest from the IPM shareholders.
Am very happy with fundamentals of COE but second guessing managements priorities or just guessing their priorities are themselves.
