I know you are an IPM shareholder so I considered whether it was worth responding

but assuming you have some measure of objectivity

Have a look at the following company grpahs
CVN (down approx 65% off high)
TAP (down 60%)
OEX (down 50)
ROC (down 65%)
AWE (down 40%)

Tell me which one looks better. IPM was looking very similar until you where saved by the COE bid. all the bid has done is keep the SP above $1, a 32 cent discount to the offer price. Now if that doesnt tell you something about the markets impact on SP I dont know what will.

To be honest I hope the takover fails because at these prices many more attractive options, the best of which is to buy their own shares.
