What was the Heads of Agreement? ie the origonal commercial deal when the origonal application was withdrawn?...are we arguing and delaying about regulations or a commercial document/verbal agreement? here...
and why was Xstrata OK with their consequent option back in 2008? That is a big factor from a Mr mining Big,imo
This situation certainly isnt helping develop anything for SA except rich lawyers,imo.
So far the BEE share placements seem to backfire when debt and shareprice falls kick in..and only a few seem to be the benefactors if they can ever sell from the 'locked in' BEE%. It certainly highlights when something is fundemantally wrong...it creates dissent and inequality ...its shown it wont work...and even backfires.
Equality cant be bent,imho.
