Another thought!
We have been discussing the funds as possible entities trying to help RG.
He would know if they are friendly or not.
If they are doing the typical thing a fund does, try's to make money!
Then RG would already be aware that he is not going to get to 90%.
If this was the case he may as well pull the current offer and start negotiating in 6 months at a fair and reasonable price.
This is assuming he does want 100% ownership, which I feel he does. This seems to have been a 10 year plan.
He won't want to fail now.
