I was the one suggesting an EGM. I had a group of reasonable holders (all expats like me) who were interested. after consideration they have mostly sold down/out and put their efforts into other community beneficial ideas.
There is zero chatter on the ground. All there has been are well placed media articles, placed by whom is unclear.
I’m just astounded at the holders here that spring in to defend SM when someone wants accountability.
He’s misled holders. That much is clear. He’s communicating out of the Asx guidelines with these text messages.
He needs to front up. If this silence/no action is still a play by the time Q2 rolls by what excuses will this cheer squad use to defend him?
