Elph made an offer to purchase a third of any shareholder's shares at 26c - and purchased all they could get under that offer - including a third of mine :) - so the 26c entry price is genuine.
Following the completion of the offer, CXG raised capital through an issue of shares at 16c. Elph picked up more at this price.
