300 charges but 220 seem to be for interstate registration..not...

    300 charges but 220 seem to be for interstate registration..not sure what that means? Does anyone know?

    The charges seem purely to relate to the inspections which we know have been failed.....and they are for a local court hearing so I imagine at that sort of level we are talking about fines...not sure what the maximum fines are under the law. Does anyone know?
