COP 27 Hydrogen Latrobe Valley, page-3

I'd like to think this growing interest is led by the following factors:
- the theme of COP27, which is the realisation that renewables are not capable to fully supplying all developed and developing nation's electricity supply
- developing nation requires money and technology to be able to meet those targes imposed by the developed nation, which country like India may still require ECT's technology because renewables are not practical due to their geographic location
- Dan Andrew's upcoming election, perhaps?

I'll reserve my other opinions until SP goes above 3c.
