From what I remember from comments made by posters on HC who asked Management on their approach to HC, is that they monitor it...the poor sods need a medal if they do and the task is probably given to junior staff, hopefully senior staff have better things to do than have to wade through some of the nonsense posted here..

I remember Aqua suggesting to CN that she have a Q and A occasionally and put it on the FAR Website , she did and there have been 3 to date with the last one being 17 days ago, why they bother I don't know they seem to fall on deaf ears if they are read at all...like all Q and A sessions they won't give material information or comment on confidential negotiations ...
