however - he is supposed to respond with 'appropriate force' --- ie. enough to control and not harm



there is no way that a bloke of about 130 kilos should be punching out a drunken young woman being carried by another copper

there is NO DEFENSE for what the copper did.

He reacted - he reacted instantly - he reacted instinctively ---------- he SHOULD NOT be a copper.


He is a walking shooting accident waiting to happen.

If that were a training event for police ------------------- does one think that he should be trained to punch a young drunk woman unconscious
