However the way I read the quarterly the 15 mill from the peasants is already treated as banked. Others from the noble class will get what the peasants don't want.
Personally I can't see a company the size of COP walking away from a new oil province. But who knows, just like BHP split recently may be their strategy is to be lean and mean.
