Indian Govt looking after India. Why has not management gone back to China with more info when despite India being so keen--no signature. Having only 1 suitor was always flaunt with danger.After the last screw over by a Govt,one would think business acumen would kick in. To many unanswered question with to much silence.This happens when S/H treated like mushrooms.Adam converting appears to only be helping Adam(who would or should know more).Where is the finance for other S/H.WHY WOULD ANYONE TAKE UP THE FINANCE IF MPA WILL NEVER BE SIGNED OR DETAILS RELEASE. 3 yrs money tired up & penalties if withdraw early. As management apparently read HC --even if clearing up discrepancies--could add nothing further (due to confidentiality)..
