A couple of years ago when COP sold the asset to WPL, someone posted a summary of the contract details that I recall included a clause that allowed for a refund / compensation to be paid from COP to WPL if the transaction is reversed. Can anyone locate that that post / thread by any chance? It would be useful to review again now, since IMO it would give an insight insight into COP / WPL contingency planning incase their transaction falls apart.
