What I find interesting is that Conoco and Woodside both released an announcement at the same time, but not FAR. Surely to god if you had come to an agreement with the other two parties you would all release a synchronised announcement? - the fact that this did not occur makes me think that CONOCO and WOODSIDE are 'continuing with the transaction'. The announcement did NOT say anything about Senegal Government Approval - it simply said that they had enjoyed a good relationship with the Senegal Government during exploration and appraisal - that's great, but has nothing to do with getting approval.
