"If the World is not careful it could create an energy system that might not cut the mustard".Thats the end game goal. Limit energy use until it can be used responsibly. At risk of triggering someone, just imagine if the Arab world started giving more energy to Gaza or Yemen. Ask yourself why they haven't done so already?
