I watched some show last night and noticed it was very anti the taxpayer funded EDO legal group..
As posted it is used by any billionaire or lobby group to stop any projects this unelected destructive legal firm doesn't agree with.
I don't need to list the projects as i believe you could guess.
But of course the govt can bull doze a native forest for a wind farm or battery bank then transmission lines and go figure no red tape or approvals needed.
