I'm still thinking about formally complaining to ASIC (acknowledging ASIC is usually a toothless tiger). Australian Small Cap Investigators are, afterall, licensed advisors and I'm not at all happy with the way they have handled Invion. As you say, it's borderline criminal behaviour. I'll keep you posted should I elect to pursue the matter further.
