I should add that we can say with certainty that their behaviour was unethical and should be scrutinised. They've gone from buy up to 10c straight after the CR to sell for 2.4c within a month, without warning. Sorry, it has stench about it. The share trading activities of company personnel should be investigate for this period. Pump up the stock so staff can sell out and then slap a sell recommendation at the expense of shareholders and other bunnies who bought the stock (me) on their recommendation.
