Yes the silence on the matter is deafening. When I found out about it, I called my Federal MP.
My impression is that Rudd is aiming to be POW ( President of the World).
Why would he wish to discuss the contents of the draft? He knows that most would be horrified once they understood what is proposed, just as you have been.
