I dont believe that Shifty Shapiro did get access to any SMR's. I think he has scuttlebutt or just was out of his depth and didnt know what he was or was not looking at.

The requirements of the law to maintain secrecy on SMRs are clear in Australia, the EU, the US and 40 other countries. Government employees that have handed these over to third parties have faced and done jail time in the past.

You are providing supposition and assume that Shifty is reporting accurately. You are also a very ardent supporter of Shifty given the facts of the matter and the law. I would rather place my money on Karantzis (Attorney) rather than Shapiro (journo) getting this right.

So, there is a simple fix to this.

Let Shifty Shapiro hand over the SMR's to the Company for comment. The Company CEO's has stated that he has not seen the alleged SMR's.

Plus, the articles by Klutzy Kruger and Shift Shapiro fly in the face of the actual facts of KAB as reported in the EU, and tabled by regulators. ISX had €255k in a bank that went down for €550million in money laundering via a money laundering scheme that was run by a company called Moorwand. Nothing to do with ISX.
