I'm rather reluctant to give up given my previous experience with BVS where a change in management set off a turnaround as one of the best performer last year.
i feel ML seemed to me a rather good operation manager however as a managing director he seemed to be lacking something... imo.
m7t needs some catalyst to get it going.
